Step 2 of a 10 step career change plan

So now you know what you want to get out of your career change. Now you must assess whether you have the right skills and experience to get into your new career.

For instance, you might have worked out that you would love to be a film director – great!! But you also need to research your dream career to see whether it is a realistic fir for your skills and experience.

Get as much information you can on your chosen career, from websites, companies, trade associations and especially from speaking to people already doing the job – this advice will be invaluable! But remember, just because you might not currently have the skills, there are ways of getting them, so on to step 3!
