Step 1 of a 10 step career change plan

Assuming that you would like to use your career change, at least partly, to increase the enjoyment you get from the time you spend working, the first thing to do is to assess what you actually like doing!

We are all so busy nowadays, that rarely do we reflect on what we enjoy, but focus more on what we need to get done – in work and at home! So you must spend some time sitting back and thinking deeply about what you would like to accomplish in your career change.
